Sourdough 101

Participants of this class will learn the basics of sourdough and how to make a sourdough loaf from start to finish. The class will include scaling, mixing, shaping, proofing, baking the sourdough loaf, as well as how to feed and maintain a sourdough starter. This will be a hands on class with only 10 students maximum. Each student will take home a sourdough loaf as well as the ingredients needed to make their own loaf at home including their own sourdough starter. 


BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

Class must be cancelled 48 hours prior to class start time in order to receive full refund to your credit card or reschedule the class to a different date.
For parties of 4+ please do so 72 hours prior to the class start time.
For any cancellation received with less than 48 hours notice, we will not be able to issue a full or partial refund *. Guests will be able to reschedule a new class to attend by contacting meg@scofieldcatering.com for a discounted 50% price.
If we are forced to cancel an event due to weather or other events outside of our control, Cafe Ficelle will offer guests credit for another class.
