Country French Sourdough


Our house loaf used to make the Avocado Tartine. It is 85% bread flour, 10% Rye, and 5% whole Wheat Flour at 80% hydration. Naturally leavened with a whole wheat liquid levain and handmade at our Ventura Location. Because of the sourdough process, there is a two day lead time for orders on this bread. Please order this loaf separately if you need the rest of your order next day as it requires a 2 day lead time and will affect the earliest pickup date available for all your items.
