Baguettes 101 Baking Class - Camarillo

This class will teach each participant the history, science, and baking processes in which to make a traditional baguette. Each participant will learn how to scale, mix, fold, divide, shape, proof, and bake a proper baguette at home. Attendees will be provided a glass of wine, cheese and charcuterie while at the cafe, as well as a bag of scaled ingredients and a demi baguette to take home.
This class will be held at our Camarillo location at 2024 Ventura Blvd.
Please note: Participants must be 16 years of age or older*
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Class must be cancelled 48 hours prior to class start time in order to receive full refund to your credit card or reschedule the class to a different date.
For parties of 4+ please do so 72 hours prior to the class start time.
For any cancellation received with less than 48 hours notice, we will not be able to issue a full or partial refund *. Guests will be able to reschedule a new class to attend by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org for a discounted 50% price.
If we are forced to cancel an event due to weather or other events outside of our control, Cafe Ficelle will offer guests credit for another class.
