Bread Theory Baking Class - Camarillo

Learn the history behind various breads and how they have evolved over time. You’ll learn how to mix, ferment, and shape the classic French Baguette by hand with the guidance of Cafe Ficelle’s executive baker, Jarrett Chambers. The class will also include a glass of wine, cheese and charcuterie, and a bag of ingredients to take home and practice with.
This class will be held at our Camarillo location at 2024 Ventura Blvd.
Please note: Participants must be 16 years of age or older*
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Class must be cancelled 48 hours prior to class start time in order to receive full refund to your credit card or reschedule the class to a different date.
For parties of 4+ please do so 72 hours prior to the class start time.
For any cancellation received with less than 48 hours notice, we will not be able to issue a full or partial refund *. Guests will be able to reschedule a new class to attend by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org for a discounted 50% price.
If we are forced to cancel an event due to weather or other events outside of our control, Cafe Ficelle will offer guests credit for another class.
